Devotees believe that if one prays with a pure heart to Baba Neem Karori Maharaj, all their wishes are fulfilled. This is why people from all corners of the world, including famous personalities, visit this divine place to seek blessings.

About Baba Neem Karori:

Baba Neem Karori, also known as Neem Karoli Baba, was born around the year 1900 in Akbarpur, Uttar Pradesh. His real name was Laxmi Narayan Sharma. It is said that he attained spiritual enlightenment at the young age of 17. Baba Neem Karori was a devout follower of Lord Hanuman and is believed to have embodied his divine form.

Celebrity Devotees of Baba Neem Karori:

Kanchi Dham, regarded as the spiritual abode of Baba Neem Karori, has witnessed the arrival of many renowned figures. The temple, founded by Baba Neem Karori in the 1960s, is known to offer devotees a profound experience of Hanuman Ji's power and presence. Famous personalities, including Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, cricketer Virat Kohli, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, and many other industry leaders, are among Baba's devoted followers.

Special Arti Held Every Tuesday and Saturday:

The temple houses idols of both Baba Neem Karori and Lord Hanuman. Every Tuesday and Saturday, special prayers, including the Hanuman Aarti and Hanuman Chalisa recitations, are performed. Devotees believe that whatever they ask with true faith during these prayers is granted by Baba Neem Karori.

Massive Crowd Expected on Hanuman Jayanti:

Although Kanchi Dham always witnesses large crowds, especially on special occasions like Hanuman Jayanti, Baba Neem Karori Maharaj's birthday (on June 15), and other significant days, the upcoming Hanuman Jayanti on April 12 is expected to attract an even larger crowd. Thousands of devotees are anticipated to visit the temple, and local authorities, including Nainital police and administration, have made arrangements to handle the influx.

Kanchi Dham has become a popular pilgrimage spot for devotees from across the nation and even from abroad. Every day, devotees from different parts of the world arrive at the temple for darshan. On holidays, the temple is packed, causing traffic congestion, especially on narrow and mountainous roads leading to the temple. To alleviate this issue, the administration has introduced a shuttle service.

Vehicles of devotees are parked at designated locations, and they are then transported to the temple via shuttle buses. Due to the increasing number of visitors, both Kanthi Dham and Nainital city are witnessing a surge in visitors, making the area more vibrant but also causing some disruption in traffic. Tourists without advance bookings at hotels are being sent through the shuttle service from the entry points of the city, while two-wheelers are not being allowed access.

Police and Shuttle Services for Crowd Management:

"With Mahavir Jayanti, the weekend, and Hanuman Jayanti approaching, we expect a large number of devotees to visit the Kanthi Dham temple. To manage the crowd, additional police forces have been deployed. Considering the peak tourism season, shuttle services have been initiated for Nainital and Kanthi Dham to transport tourists efficiently. Only vehicles with parking arrangements at designated hotels in the city are being allowed entry," said Prahlad Narayan Meena, SSP, Nainital.

Conclusion:

As the devotees flock to Baba Neem Karori's Kanchi Dham for Hanuman Jayanti, the temple continues to be a beacon of faith and miracles. The combination of divine blessings, miraculous experiences, and the devotion of millions makes Kanchi Dham a special pilgrimage destination, not just in Uttarakhand but across the world.
