In a chilling incident in Nainital, a female tourist from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, narrowly avoided a life-threatening accident while taking a selfie. On the night of April 6th, around 1:15 AM, she was capturing photos near the Mallital area at the boat stand when she lost her balance, slipped from the railing, and fell into the lake. The loud cries for help attracted the attention of nearby police personnel, who were quick to respond.

Constables Manoj Kumar and Monohar, along with the Cheetah Mobile team, rushed to the scene and assessed the situation. They acted swiftly and, with the help of local boatmen, pulled the woman from the lake. The team immediately took her to the nearby B.D. Pandey Hospital for medical treatment, where she was given the necessary care.

The quick actions of the police officers and boatmen were instrumental in saving her life. Had they not acted in time, the incident could have led to a tragic outcome.
